“Pera Para Sa Pangarap”translates in English to “A Fundraiser to achieve my dreams”. It aims to help achieve the dreams of out of school professionals by sponsoring an opportunity for them to earn a college degree through the ETEEAP Program. The ETEEAP Program is a special accelerated program by the government which lets Filipinos take a 4-year degree in one year.
